Our Caribbean Yacht Charter base is in Grenada in the Port Louis Marina, ideal for exploring the Grenadines including the islands of Bequai, Canouan, Mustique, St Vincent, Tobago Quays and Carriacou. Available to more experienced sailors (Coastal Skipper qualified or more). Explore the Grenadines at your own pace. Wind from 15 - 25 knots most days, snorkelling with turtles, fresh lobster on the barbeques and much more! We offer route advice, weather daily and any support where needed. We welcome all levels of experience and will plan your sailing trip to suit your holiday ambitions and crew. Learn as little or as much as you would like. We can offer practice with navigation, yacht exam preparation, mile building, night sailing, mooring techniques and all levels of sailing skills. New to sailing or fancy a relaxing and stress free sailing holiday? Our skippered charters are planned to suit you. Various starting destinations available.

Destinations include Tobago Quays, Mustique, Bequai, Mayreau, Carriacou, Grenada and Union Island.

 

INCLUDED IN EVERY YACHT CHARTER:

Our yachts are coded for Ocean crossings and are equipped to a much higher standard than most other charter yachts.

Food and drink welcome pack including rum, juice, large fruit bowl, water, coffee and tea, milk, Bag of Ice, pepper sauce, salt, herbs etc etc.

Clean Sheets and 2 yacht towels/person.

Rib and Outboard Engine - full of fuel on arrival

Masks and Snorkels x 8, Some Flippers (not all sizes though!)

Daily weather Information sent by text

Free half day tuition if required/handover of yacht and assistance with route planning.

Fully equipped yacht with gas and spare, barbeque and gas, full diesel tanks, full water tanks (to be filled on return to our base).

All important Safety Equipment including 10 x Solas Approved Automatic Lifejackets, DanBuoy, Epirb, Liferaft, SSB, Flares, Grab Bag, Emergency Tiller, 2 x VHF, Inmarsat, AIS, Radar.

Everything else you would need on board (from chart plotters, guide books, bimini and boom cover, to pegs, bin bags, spare batteries, lantern for cockpit, etc etc). Our yachts are equipped so you have all you need - if something is missing we will try our best to find it for you.

All our yachts are fully equipped and well maintained with everything you would expect to be on board for your holiday. Prices include dinghy, outboard, linen, towels, welcome pack with food/drinks, masks and snorkels, fishing kit etc.

Equipment on board he yacht by far exceeds a normal charter yacht specification as the yachts have been equipped for ocean sailing. Boats include teak decks, pole, radar, davits for dinghy, SSB radio, solar panel, wind generator, commercial Navtex, active radar, dual station VHF, storm sail, among other items.

CHARTER PRICES FROM Grenada

Prices are based on a minimum six day seven night charter. Other durations available on a pro rata basis.

One way charters are also available to save returning to the same base after your weeks sailing.

Flights to Grenada from the U.K. from around £450 return (Wednesday), with Golden Caribbean Monarch airlines flights.

All USD amounts are payable in cash unless agreed otherwise, prior to the start of your holiday
Charters start after 4:00pm and finish at 9:00am, a one week charter is 7 nights 6 days sailing. Other durations are available.

Special conditions

As demand is fairly high (especially for Christmas and Antigua weeks) we suggest bookings are made at the earliest possible dates.

We take a deposit of 25% on all bookings.

Discounts

Returning clients will benefit from their 5% loyalty discount also, plus a further 5% if taking part in one of our Ocean Cruising legs.

A discount of 5% can also be deducted from any second week and 10% from a third week.

Skipper

You are expected to feed and water the skipper, when eating on board. Skippers will contribute for their own meals when ashore.

One Way Charters

Start and finish your charter in a different location enabling you to make the most of the islands and see even more!. One Way Charters - start on one island and finish on a different island! An extra charge is applied.

Antigua Sailing Week

Antigua Sailing week 24 April - 29 April this is where you see the true home of yachting and partying.

Ypu can follow the races and join in the parties. This is the highlight of every sailing season. If you've not experienced this electric atmosphere don't miss this opportunity.

EXCLUSIONS:

Clearance Fees - This are extra as with all sailing in the Caribbean - to sail St Vincent and the Grenadines: $35 EC/person for a 1- 2 week period. To Cruise Carriacou and Grenada $50EC/yacht is required. If you choose to sail out and back into either area the payment must be repeated.

Mooring Fees - Anchoring is free is almost all locations except there is a Cruising Permit Fee in Tobago Cays which costs 10EC/person/day. Mooring buoys/quay moorings vary from $10US - $25US/night. Moorings on Mustique Island are more.

Fuel - Fuel is readily available in many locations. We ask you to fill the yacht on your way back to base.

Food and drinks We provide a welcome pack with basic provisions, there are ample place so stock the yacht before departure and during the course of your holiday.
