At present the best winter route to Lefkas from the U.K. is travel to Athens then take a taxi to Lefkas. It is sometimes nice to break your journey in Athens and visit some of the historic sights if you haven’t done this before.

Olympic airlines (flights 3 times per week) current cost € 50 - € 60 per person each way.  Unfortunately Olympic doesn’t connect with all of the UK flights and certainly not in both directions, so an overnight in Athens may be an idea necessary or take a taxi one or both ways, and see some of Greece.

The simplest and our preferred method of transfer is by Taxi the cost is €270 per car of four each way Athens - Preveza and transfer time around 4 hours. We arrange this transfer for you.

If required the taxi Cost from Preveza airport to the hotel or yacht base in Vliho is €45 for a car of four each way.

Cars can be hired in Athens but you will need to keep them for the duration of your stay.

Local transport or Taxi from airport to Athens bus station, the local bus runs twice a day in the winter from Athens bus station at a cost of €29 to Lefkas and then taxi to the Hotel total transfer time around 6-7 hours.

Adding the bits up make the total cost of transfer around €65 per person each way.
