RYA courses are world renowned as having some of the highest standards of training within the yachting industry. In many countries, Greece being one of them, you now need an official sailing certificate in order to charter a yacht.
Our courses can be taught as a private course (you hire your own yacht and have your own dedicated instructor) or the more traditional course structure of a mixed course. We are more than happy to teach different courses on the same yacht if you have crew of mixed experience.
At Sail Ionian we have a maximum of 4 persons on board for the week as we think this gives more time for individual tuition and attention to all on board.
We are situated in an ideal area for both sailing and power handling and aim to provide a unique, valuable and fun learning experience!
