Gift Voucher terms & conditions:

1. The voucher is valid for 1 year from date of purchase. The yacht holiday booking should be made within this period, the holiday may then take place in a future period. This validity is extended by any period of lockdown due to Coronavirus
2. The voucher may be used as a deposit or part payment for a yacht charter or training. Once the booking is confirmed, the terms & conditions of that booking replace the Gift Voucher terms & conditions
3. The purchaser is entitled to a 21 day cooling off period, if the voucher is returned within this period a full refund will be made
4. The voucher may not be sold to any third party without our consent, we may refuse to give consent without further reason
5. On making your reservation you be offered 5% discount from the advertised price
6. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotions or otherwise discounted trips, without agreement by the company
