An Introduction to hummingbird, our shiny new Bavaria c45   Hummingbirds are small, colourful birds with iridescent feathers (see below). Their name comes from the fact that they flap their wings so fast (about 80 times per second) that they make a humming noise. A short and sweet update for the 2019 season…   Direct flights to Preveza are starting early in 2019, EasyJet are flying from Sunday 31st March¬†which is fantastic news. See our flights page here – we’ve put together a flight timetable for the direct flights from the UK to Preveza. Our season therefore at Sail Ionian will start from Sunday 7th April which is perfect for Easter sailing. Greek Easter falls a week later on

The Season Closes!
