Throughout the week you can expect to have one or two yoga classes daily taking place in the morning when the sun is cooler on a beautiful beach or the deck of the yacht. Breakfast will follow with a spread of local delights, fresh fruits, juices, smoothies.
We will then motor and sail to our lunchtime stop where you will encounter beautiful turquoise seas and stunning backdrops whist your crew prepare a healthy lunch. Later we set sail letting the prevailing winds take us to our final destination for the day. You can reflect on the day with an evening meditation session or optional sunset yoga class before sipping a cocktail on deck. This will be accompanied by some light canapes to ease into the evening before heading ashore to sample some delicious dishes in a local taverna.
On one evening you will be able to eat on board whilst anchored in a secluded bay, star gazing with a BBQ. The following morning will begin slowly with a sunrise meditation from the tranquil location. We will explore the island’s beauty spots, stunning beaches and secret swimming spots… along the way discovering traditional Greek villages and revealing the history behind the ancient Greek mythology of the area.
A range of options to suit your tastes with a selection of smoothie bowls made with local fruits or keep it simple with yoghurt and honey. Sample some traditional style cooking with stapatsada (tomato and feta scrambled eggs) for a more hearty breakfast or try some local pastries from one of the amazing little bakeries dotted around the islands.
A healthy meze style lunch consisting of local bites and a selection of fresh salads and home made dips & local oils for dipping and drizzling. Keeping to the traditional Mediterranean style with a mix of flavours that range from cool yoghurt dips to zingy stuffed vine leaves or even spiced koftas all to be enjoyed with bread fresh from the bakery.
Fill the gaps with some local biscuits, fresh fruits or take a smoothie on deck whilst sailing to our final destination for the day. Unwind with a refreshing Mojito or rum punch to accompany delicious canapes as the sun sets on another fabulous day in the Ionian.
