Security Deposit or Damage Waiver

Secure payments in euros. A security deposit reserves funds on your card; a damage waiver is charged immediately.

Boat check-in

Please complete this form only immediately before boarding your yacht.
Do not complete it in advance of your trip. Your security deposit hold starts when you authorise your card in Revolut.

Confirm your booking details and choose either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver before boarding.

Today’s date in Greece is preloaded for check-in. Future dates are not allowed. Choose the 7, 14 or 21 night duration shown on your booking confirmation. We send your name and confirmation email to Revolut with the order. Revolut may also ask you to confirm the cardholder name and email on its secure checkout.

2. Choose your option

Refundable security deposit

A fixed card hold for your boat, regardless of charter length. Released after your charter, subject to the booking terms and any agreed deductions.

Authorise the hold at check-in. Sail Ionian checks the card’s actual expiry against your return date; some cards need a replacement hold or an extension.

Non-refundable damage waiver

Pay the damage waiver for your charter at check-in. This payment is non-refundable and subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.

Charged per night using the weekly rate ÷ 7. Test boat uses a fixed €1 test payment. No security deposit is required when you choose this option.

All amounts are in euros. Check the boat, dates and amount in your summary before continuing. Revolut will collect card details securely on its hosted checkout.
